At Xobolt, we are committed to offering our users a dependable and efficient EV charging experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

General Terms

All payments made on Xobolt — including charging sessions, wallet top-ups, or related services — are non-refundable once a successful transaction has been completed.
We strongly recommend that users verify all session details, vehicle compatibility, and connection before initiating a charge.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued simply because a user no longer wishes to use the service or has changed their decision after completing the payment.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in specific cases, such as:

  • The charging session fails to start or complete due to a technical issue with the Xobolt charger or platform.
  • The customer’s wallet or payment was deducted successfully, but charging could not be delivered due to a confirmed fault from Xobolt’s end.

All such refund requests are subject to technical verification by the Xobolt support team. Once approved, refunds will be credited either to the user’s Xobolt wallet or to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • The user connects the vehicle incorrectly or terminates the session manually.
  • Charging interruptions caused by power outages, network failures, or third-party issues beyond Xobolt’s control.
  • Partial or incomplete sessions where energy delivery has already begun.
  • The user decides not to continue using Xobolt services after payment.

 

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact support@xobolt.in within 7 days of the transaction.
The Xobolt support team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days. Refunds, if approved, may take additional time depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

Final Decision

All refund claims are subject to Xobolt’s internal review and verification of charger and transaction logs.
Xobolt reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request at its sole discretion.
